West Midlands Wedding Photography
West Midlands Wedding – Ellie & Tony’s wedding was set at Ellie’s parents house in the West Midlands, Staffordshire. It was the last wedding I had accepted this year due to being pregnant with my third child, & I am so pleased I did! It was such an incredible wedding to finish my year on.
When I first arrived, I had a good walk around their massive garden which is where their wedding took place. It’s an unusually shaped garden with different pockets and flowers to explore on various levels. I felt like I was in a tropical paradise in the midst of the Peak District! The glass-roof marquee was bespoke to fit the odd shape of the house but it worked and kept the space light, bright and merged within the outdoors. There was also a kissing booth, huge glitter station and piñata tree.
The day was full of fun & games with a true festival vibe. Unusual to British weddings, Ellie & Tony chose to do a ‘first look’ before their ceremony (more of an American tradition). This meant that we could capture some of their couple portraits beforehand so they could spend more time with their guests later on.
This gorgeous wedding has been accepted to be published on Rock my Wedding blog very soon. Enjoy looking through some of their images!
